A Recap to Fourth of July

The weekend just passed and here I am wishing a very happy belated independence day to all of you! Living here for the past 4 years has taught me a lot about the American culture. This day many spend time with their families having a barbecue and watching the fireworks.

I spent my holiday back in West Lafayette, Indiana with some of my best friends. We spent our day at our apartment terrace playing card games, listening to music and watching our neighbors light up the fireworks. We used my DSLR to click lots of pictures before we headed to watch the fireworks on the West Lafayette public bridge. The view was just spectacular. I loved looking over the bridge to see the fireworks lit up the sky.

I coordinated my outfit to celebrate the Red, White and Blue. I bought my dress from J.C. Penny last month and didn’t event realize it was the perfect dress for the day. So what did you all do?
