The Prints and The Princess

Happy Tuesday Loves!

“Life is too short to wear boring clothes.” This statement is certainly true. Why should we dress simple and boring, when we can try to experiment with bold colors and designs. This is what I did this time around. I found a midi skirt at a little boutique, with a very quirky printed design. If you take a closer look, it looks like the design has been painted on the skirt. I found this design so cute and yet so bold.

I believe that fashion is not only about the latest trends, but it is also about experimenting, being creative, eccentric and even quirky sometimes. Today you see so many adorable prints, graphics, and designs all over. I find quirky prints to be so entertaining and out-of-the-box, yet they can be styled in a very feminine and contemporary way.

I paired this midi skirt with a bright orange off-shoulder top to create the bold statement look, tassel earrings, metallic green heels, and a round sling bag.

Heels: Debenhams

Sling Bag: Charles & Keith (similar here)

We have seen many bold designs become big trends over time. Quirky prints may be out-of-the-box, but it still looks elegant and ladylike! What do you think of this look? Would you try to pull something bold and quirky? Leave your comments below. Have a wonderful week you all!

xoxo
